Rubio spent a couple hours in Guyana exchanging niceties then promptly went to Suriname and said how one of the roads in Guyana was so bad that he almost got a concussion. He blamed the Chinese for building the road some time ago “before” the current Guyana administration.
Word on the street is the road he traveled down was “Heroes highway” which was built by contractors selected by the current government and not the Chinese.
