Edmund gets a 3rd. Balckwood goes for a golden duck fencing at a ball he should be leaving alone.

Jaden Edmund bursts through the Jamaica top order, dismissing Campbell, King & Blackwood. Jamaica rattled and three down early on. Superb catch in the slips by Powell, getting Blackwood first ball.

Hat-trick ball coming...EDGED passed third slip and goes for four...

Jamaica 44/3 in the 10th over, Edmund has 3/19

Just to add, the young quick Jaden Edmund is bowling very impressively, showing the more experienced Akeem Jordan and Chemar Holder how to go about it on this track. Excellent, probing line & length bowling with a nice balanced approach to the wicket. He is bowling with a lively if not express pace, troubling the batsmen more through the accuracy he has shown since ball one.

Well done young man.

Jaden Edmund strikes again removing the in form Glen, clean bowled driving loosely. Seam movement and consistent line & length does the trick once again. Edmund now has 4/24, Jamaica struggling on 51/4.

Not a clean bowled as it seems to have gone off the inside edge. The batters being aggressive and losing the plot.

Only Kirk McKenzie is showing any resistance to the fine bowling of Edmund, he remains at the crease unbeaten on 24. Chemar Holder, after a shortened initial wayward spell, has returned and is now bowling much better, perhaps inspired by his fellow young Barbadian bowling at the other end.

Holder is getting it to dart around as well. Some good fast bowling and some questionable batting.

Agreed, certainly a mix of the two factors.

And now Kirk McKenzie has just fallen, giving Edmund his maiden five wicket haul. Loose shot driving away from the body and in all honesty, a shame as
he was batting well after a slightly scratchy start where he tried to play horizontal bat shots. He made the adjustment and was looking good, only to throw it away after battling to 31. Fifth wicket down, Edmund has them all and Jamaica are 67/5.

just as this match the same thing Yard showed is also true in Int'l cricket. Even the very best teams nowadays wilt once faced with challenging situations and especially in 1st or 4th innings. Oz, India, PAK...all ah dem! Where has the skill, knowledge and tenacity to build an innings gone? Now and then you'll see on stand up and all others around wilt.
