Hayley Matthews' terrific all-round show of an unbeaten century (114*) and a four-fer (4 for 56) went in vain as Scotland beat West Indies by 11 runs at the Lahore City Cricket Association Ground, in a shock result, early in the Women's World Cup Qualifiers. 'Keeper-batter Sarah Bryce scored 55, while Megan McColl hit 45 in a match-winning 82-run partnership for the fifth wicket for Scotland before a collective bowling performance restricted West Indies to 233, in response to Scotland's 244.
