CWI must show strong and decisive leadership, I know this is strange to that organization, but from a Guyana perspective, their impressive season heading into the last day when they will, in all probability, take the crown once again cannot be tainted by any controversary, especially ball tampering.
From the CWI umpire's perspective, we must understand exactly why Guyana was docked penalty runs in both innings and why they changed the ball, it cannot just be a secret ruling with no regard for the pubic, as is the norm with CWI in everything they do.
Is it that Guyana bowlers were able to extract so much in both innings in a dead pitch that aroused suspicion, is it because the umpires saw something. Why did the bowler asked to empty his pocket?
The fans, if we matter to CWI, we need to know.
