Captain Imlach responsibility for ball tampering

Imlach, one of the favourite and front runner for red ball captain of West Indies cricket.....the unnecessary ball tampering by Guyana...twice....cast doubts....whether only two persons were involved or team management was hand in gloves....

Enquiry is must...it happened in both innings....Coach & Captain..,also responsible ?????
