Police often use 'charges' to protect/defend themselves. Let's stick to this particular case, vid shows him arguing and approaching cops. Cop 1st put hands on him
doesn't seem clear why as per vid. at time of stun gun he wasn't close to any cop. We have all seen tons of vid of police yelling stop resisting when no one is. That yelled order is part of training that kicks in. Doubtful a white Olympian would be treated like that or those old charges would've been mentioned. NB i don't support any form of domestic violence.
