An election has occured, and a change of government has taken place. In this mature space, all the hoopla about corruption, and dept hole are expected. In fact, if that does not occur, this would be a huge deviation of the norm, and a game changer. Serious folks don't pay attention to that. Even the fantasy about oil and gas from the Nutmeg field in Grenada to replace the Dragon, is a big laugh. Oil and gas from Grenada is neither close to the surface or the shores. It would take a miracle to bring it to the fore before a full decade. But, all that is good politics, especially when all those magnanimous promises were made as a condition to forming the coalition. Even those deceitful pronouncements I am not going to judge them by. I will observe their general handling of things, taking all global, climatic and other natural variables into consideration. I would not be pandering to opposition rhetoric of doom, nor social media misinformation and disinformation. I will take the calypsonian, Merchant's advice, now that the elections are over. In the the meantime, Wait Dorothy Wait.
