After careful consideration and deliberation I have arrived at the conclusion that Oshame Thomas should be made captain of the West Indian test team.
However he will need a proper support system around him so I also suggest that Ricardo 'Concorde' Powell be made batting coach, Darren Powell the bowling coach, Chris 'Universe boss' Gayle the fielding coach and Tamar Lambert as Sports Counsellor. This team will provide proper support for Darren Sammy ( Lord knows he will need it) who will need now more than ever to exercise his player/coaching skills to guide the inexperienced Oshame.
