Tactical mistake to win toss and bat in situations like this. Fielding first gives team 2 chances to win. Bowling out batting team cheaply and knowing target to chase. OTOH Batting first gives 1 opportunity unless team batting first has a vastly superior bowling attack to kill off team chasing.
