The Men in Maroon have made some minor changes to their squad for the England tour, given that some of their members will remain involved in the IPL. John Campbell and Jediah Blades have been named as replacements for Sherfane Rutherford and Romario Shepherd, respectively.

Yes, Hety joins for England leg ODI...
It blessings in disguise.....Hety, great talent.....both in red ball and white ball.....was being groomed as future both as batter and captain...... unfortunately, after Stuart Law left as coach..... Some decisions by subsequent Head Coaches as well as Hety, own career management.......turned Hety from all formats player to finished in IPL......
With due respect to all other players...Hety was the last all formats player.... hopefully, Sammy can pull him back to where he actually belongs......

i was also wondering about Layne but I guess he is central to the plans for the South Africa A tour. I would also have sent Shamar to that A series rather than on a white ball tour at this stage as he needs to get back to test fitness levels so playing 4 day matches would have helped. I am disappointed that Rutherford, after making the world ODI XI last year is not playing on this tour. I suppose he has to butter his bread in the IPL but on the other hand, a good performance on this tour would probably have guaranteed his IPL contract for next year.
