AFAIK its first time one nation produced cappos across formats.

A historic moment demands accountability. The stern rejection of insularity by Bajan cappos must be non-negotiable.

Players from each island and Guyana must sense and see fair play from their cappos as they pledge loyalty to lift WI cricket.

the most insular people in the caribbean i have come across are Jamaicans

and i have met and worked with many in professional settings

educated yes but v insular, grabby and crabby

they are friendly enough tho and dem and bajans get on well, dont mind what goes on on this MB

the things they told me about what go on in Ja would turn Bajans' heads

one fella got recommended for a job by a fellow Ja and had to pay him a finder's fee

the backhanders that are passed for most basic things are astounding

Lloyd, Viv, Richie, Lara, Walsh, Hooper, Adams, Chanderpaul captained across the 2 available formats in their eras.

Between 2004-2008 Sarwan and Chanderpaul shared duties as Skipper between formats

Gayle, Sammy captained across 3 formats.

Based on your opening statement, the discussion was about formats not gender.

However to answer your question during the overlapping period Keiron Pollard and Dwayne Bravo was the white ball men's captain, Dinesh Ramdin was the red ball captain and Merissa Aguilleira was the longest serving women's captain.

I think that would cover all your questions.

I didn't know Andy Cummins was a yardie and that jamaica boycotted the 1992 test versus SA

Please change Bajan to CWI.
Your post is about West Indies cricket and not the BCA.smile

You mistake national pride for insularity.
