Allyuh does support West Indies? HA! I seem to recall a cricket mad country named Barbados boycotting the most important test match in a generation versus South Africa in 1992, all because the team rightfully did not select one of the many sub-standard cricketers that country has produced in the last 30 years

And most west indians' second favorite team is Pakistan. Usain Bolt said the teams he supported were West Indies and Pakistan when he was young. Pakistan played a very West Indian brand ofd cricket: ultra attacking batsmen like waseem raja come down to Saeed Anwar....and hellfire pacemen like imran, wasim, waqar, aqib javed, Mohammed zahid etc

Some trinis support india. The same people that support india do not support pakistan. the rest of the country though does. And that number is small. I know this is an inference that Trinidadians of indian descent support india....based on things they would have witnessed in the 70s, 80s 90s. That is true to an extremely limited extent. The biggest fans of the West Indies, the now 60 and 70 year olds who go to test matches now, they support the west indies even more than bajans. Lester Armoogam followed the west indies all over the world. By 2003 he had seen 123 test matches involving the WI. I do not think anybody listening to Fazeer Mohammed will believe that he supports any team but the WI and if you listen long enough, you'll know that his favorite player aint lara, or bshop, or gomes but Andy Roberts. People don't support the WI nowe because of poor administration and the reluctance to put anything in place to field a consistently competitive side

allyuh so full of venom induced by insularity....King Dyal was interviewed before the first test of the 95 series versus australia and he told a journalist that he wanted Australia to win and beat the WI very badly. Imagine you are involved in a world championship fight with a 16 year unbeaten run on the line and you have some of your own supporters openly backing the opposition.
