I think if Hailey had the batting support that those girls have you would see her score BIG BIG runs that those girls haven’t scored. Hailey looks good for 180 runs in ODI and huge double centuries in tests if she had people that could establish partnerships with her. She bears ALL the pressure and still come out huge.

Hailey Mathews for me is like this…. Imagine if Carl Hooper played himself in each inning before exploding into his majestic stroke play… That’s what she represents to me… A Hooper-like talent with a Lara-like mindset.
