How could they not have seen this coming?

The justices thought by so ruling they were amassing power unto themselves and underestimated the depths of evil within that bastard DT, even after he spoke out that he wanted to get rid of the constitution. It was all there, they chose to ignore it. Ketanji Brown warned them that a president so empowered would throw caution to the wind. And now they are all seeing it unfold before there very eyes. I wonder what its like being in that court when its time for deliberations as these cases come up. Wonder how many I told you so both said an unsaid and these justices must by now realized the flawed, erroneous and bad law they created.

Unitary Executive inna dem rass. Those idiots thought it only applied to executive powers relative to congress. Apparently it never occurred to them that they were ceding judicial power to the executive as well smile

It’ll be a a great day for the echo chamber when it can finally share news and opinions that aren’t just pumped out by rabid liberal propaganda machines. Maybe that could finally free the echo chamber from its narrow, one-sided thinking.

Mark Joseph Stern is widely seen as a staunch liberal rather than a balanced or non-ideological commentator. He is associated with progressivism in the United States and writes primarily for Slate, a publication known for its liberal perspective. Reviews of his work, such as from the Federalist Society, note that Stern "makes little effort to come across as evenhanded or nonideological. His coverage and commentary focus on issues like LGBTQ+ rights, reproductive rights, and other causes typically aligned with the political left

When you say “the justices”, I hope you are not including those two bastards, Thomas and Alito. Those two are firm believers in the MAGA worldview.

They would sell the constitution down the drain, as long as they can get their piece of the action.

For your information, rights are rights, and the constitution provides for those rights, which are constantly stymied by those who would seek to deny them to all who strive for them.

As is Trump’s aim to make MAGA, by taking us back to a time when it was the right for white people to be in total control, seeking any rights for “the Negroes” to co-exist on an equal footing with whites would have been considered woke and, as you term, views “pumped out by rabid liberal propaganda machines”.

Such slurs should not deter people from seeking their right to co-exist equally under the constitution, whether their efforts are deemed woke or not.

I’m very liberal in my personal views, but I’m more conservative when thinking about what’s best for society. Does that help?

"Minorities across ethnic and political backgrounds are generally closer to right-wing Whites than to left-wing Whites in their preference for strong leaders," Nair said. "That's important because Trump being this prototypical strong leader, we also see a minority shift toward Trump even as Trump's rhetoric is viewed by a lot of people as being racially insensitive or offensive."

Well, this here backroom is the bullshit capital, led by an unrepentant, delusional, irrelevant echo chamber of misfits.

So it’s all good. Now carry on and go search for more Trump things to become outraged over. Copy-paste here, and join the circle-jerking mob.

If its so much bs why are you here. No one here, except perhaps you, thinks this is a grand exercise in intellectual discourse and thinking. This is how you describe those who do not subscribe to whatever it is that floats your boat - "unrepentant, delusional, irrelevant echo chamber of misfits." but you are here...then surprised when you get called out on your bull$hit.

Most if not all your posts seem to create an internecine paradigm for the sub-set of society called “Caribbeancricket.com” --- how can that be ”best" for any society, irrespective of makeup?
