What you saying don’t make sense.
Better to replace Lewis with a bowler…and weaken the batting? Why?
And bringing in a batsman to replace another doesn’t mean that he has to bat in the exact same spot. Binary thinking. There may be someone else already on the team who may be better suited to shift.
And who says he’s batting #7 anyway? What’s listed can change, depending on the situation.
