Shamar is young and inexperienced.
Shamar burst on the scene and we feel that he is the best thing since slice bread.

How much experience can he get if Windies have teams play about 5 List A per year in their competition?
Where is the A team games/series
I believe that we should put on A Team series all year long.

When is the longest tenure for a fast bowling coach in Windies.
Or batting, or fielding for that matter.
Even with coaching, players need time in the middle against good competition.

Windies need to invest in their cricket.
We can't keep doing the same thing (nonsense) over and over and expect better results.

He should be prepping for Test cricket vs South Africa A team. Big picture the selector not getting.
