Well, it is not only the WI that is going through hard times in cricket, other countries that had glory days are also struggling, both Pakistan and Sri Lanka are not doing much better than the WI.

All they need is a name change and things will look up again.
Remember when the same things were being said about the WICB? Well they just change it to CWI to convince the public that the WICB has outlived it's usefulness and a fresh beginning is required to start a turn around.

I can never understand how independent regional governments can collectively hand over WI cricket to a registered private entity and then have NO SAY how it runs de cricket.....many many heads of government tried to do something but all failed miserably....CWI is large and in-charge of something that is sill refered to as WI cricket but no longer resemble WI cricket

Neither can I.those qurestions would better be directed a the Windward Islands Hydra that ran West Indies cricket into the ground ....that was their baby. doh forget the 50 year agreement
