This thread speaks to identifying and developing talent also. I am still convinced that I was right when I told friends that Chemar Holder was rhe one CWI should invest in. He should've been put in an academy as well have a specific training regime for a developing teenage body Ala Rabada/Bolt
Hos action and length allows the ball to do more than Alzari's banging into the pitch instead of Chemar's kissing the turf.
