Sammy did them a favor by bringing them back to make a bread. They are all on the decline as they chose not to play anything more than 20 overs. It's time to move forward.

It looks like Sammy takes care of his countryman by keeping on to select Charles, but he should be thinking about the future and move on, that's why I do not think it was a good move to give Sammy the only Selector job.
