Changing a winning Captain for a Losing Captain ??

How has removing the Captaincy working for us? Powell took WI from 9th to 3rd in ICC ranking, now the new captain lost all his matches, which is threatening to decline our ICC ranking. Sammy and CWI selectors need to explain to fans all over the region, how changing the captaincy was in the best interest of West Indies or was it just in the best interest of Sammy, who is now ranting at the team and captain?
