The covers are firmly placed. It is still raining. We are sure this would be a long delay. The good news is that the 22 yards and most of the ground is covered. It is actually raining heavily now and has picked up. It looks so murky. There is plenty of time remaining.

Two super soppers are present on the ground. The rain continues to fall. The ground has been sheeted nicely. The problem seems to be that most weather sites had predicted there will be frequent outbursts of rain and that's exactly what is happening. There are a couple of groundsmen with umbrellas near the 30 yard mark
