At the carrier of Temba Bavuma, the perseverance evaluation and finally success, seems to be a wonderful young man is not easily carried away.

I hope imlach Anderson Athanaze and company take note

They can look but they are incapable of learning. And for those who accuse Lickit cricket, it is instructive that at least half of SA Test team play in the IPL: Markham, Rabada, Ngini, Stubbs, to name a few. Unlike West Indian players, playing the IPL has not affected them from playing proper cricket.

There is much to learn, even beyond the boundary. Extraordinary things can be achieved with the simple things that we take for granted.

especially, it has not affected them from representing their countries. Our players just have no interest in representing their countries once they make it to the money circuit. They are just interested in the soundbites about how much they love WI cricket.

Since the University of English County Cricket closed its doors to young WI players.... the young WI players cannot make the transition from youth cricket to tests.....

Maybe some young players should now seek contracts with RSA FC competitions.....English county cricket is only taking washed up WI players like Roach and Braffit...Seales is a lucky one tho

I beg to differ - I see young West Indians like Archer, Chris Jordan and now Jacob Bethell got opportunities to play Test Cricket

What do these blokes have that non-Bajans are void off?

English Counties employed players who had proven themselves in international cricket therefore it is a myth to suggest that county contracts was responsible for the development of WI cricket. The likes of Hadley, W's pals of mine never had county contracts. I remember a manager of a W I team dismissing county experience as a bore. Tour games contributed more to development than county contracts

Wait a minute! So, who actually built and controlled cricket in the Caribbean during Colonial times????
Certainly weren’t the “West Indians”

I would disagree. Seales is not lucky, rather he is the exception as he alone is a genuine world class test match player. West Indies have a small number of good test level players but he is the best at the moment.
