Sammy did that with Hope.....
Brathwaite moving down... would give some stability in middle order .....open with Campbell/ Louis/Carty

How can you suggest that Brathwaite "would give some stability in the middle order"? This man has not been able to bring stability to what he has been tasked to do 90-odd times so far.

and why would you open with Louis after dropping endless men for poor performance?? WI need stability all around and Braff cannot bat in every position. The interesting thing will be which two of Carty/King/Anderson will play

Just make him bat, and not poke!

He did...few famous victories...Dubai vs Pakistan....Vs England.. all credits went to Hope for two centuries. But Brathwaite and Blackwood played very crucial role......vs Sri Lanka....

Brathwaite, typically represents West Indies players... stagnation and downgraded...... Save and Except..Jason Holder......

But despite stagnation Brathwaite still averages @33...best amongst the present batter.... except Darren Bravo and Bonner...
Sammy did it successfully with Hope...
No harm trying the same with Brathwaite.....
Anyhow, if Brathwaite fails in this series.... it's surely end of his career.....

I said he has played 90-odd Tests and you cite a "few famous victories"? It appears to me you are describing an aberration in success not a formula for middle-order stability.

The endless debate re: Kraigg Brathwaite

Fact of the matter remains, he is boring, slow, does not dominate the crease, fails to put bowlers off their rhythm etc. However, due to the shocking state of batsmanship throughout the region, he remains one of the better options. It is a sad state of affairs but it is where we are at.
