SCOTUS just approved govt kidnapping and forced

Grabbing people off the streets, limiting their due process rights then sending them to dangerous countries to which they have no ties is not deportation.

It is inexplicable...I shouldn't say that, as we know what we are witnessing, but the Logic of the conservative 6 is just whacky. Its obvious they are not about the law but serving something else as they make no logical sense whatsoever. and they are all over the place. They made a ruling without writing the majority opinion, as they just can't explain the bs they are doing within the confines of the law. There was a 19 page dissenting opinion. Sorry! the majority of the SCOTUS is lawless and advocating ideology above the law. They are actually worse than Donald Trump as they are supposed to be learn-ed and know better.

SCOTUS, the Surrogate Court of the United States..is what we have and what
has neutralised and make irrelevant most of the Constitution.
Simple as that.
Good thing the Founding Fathers not around.
