He’s Bajan and if you’ve followed selections, home grown gets the nod.
He can blunt the new ball albeit without scoring…

A slow KB ton against Australia can put WI in a good spot. Brian Lara, Shiv…not in this team

Aside from the one time early in his career when he and Shai Hope scored centuries at Lords to win a test match for WI, when else has a ton from kb (he’s scored 12 in total) put WI in a good spot?

This will be his 99th test match BTW
