Trump win again on birthright citizenship

The Supreme Court today curbed the power of lower courts to block Trump’s move on birthright citizenship. In other words Trump can proceed with his lawlessness.

Each individual case will have to proceed local, with each individual harmed having to try to get an expensive lawyer to fight his or her case.

Now, tell me how many ordinary immigrants, legal or illegal have the financial resources to fight the federal government over the right of their American born child to citizenship?

More money for the law industry, I guess. But worse, how many illegal immigrants are going to find themselves walking down to a court to fight for the right of their child born in America to be acknowledged as an American citizen citizen, especially with ICE waiting in the bushes to arrest them?

All legal experts are claiming this decision is going to call chaos across the country.

Sometimes I feel this right-wing SC majority works secretly behind the scene with the Trump administration to advance its drive to protect White America majority power.

I expect Trump will someday soon issue an executive order to accept any number of White immigrants and their offspring with the right to instant citizenship.

I said the other day the the SCOTUS majority have stopped following the law and ruling on ideology. They are law less and creating the same conditions for lawlessness and chaos. Creating the conditions for laws to be applied unequally is contributing to lawlessness and chaos and perhaps that is the intent along with the cruelty.

Birth right citizenship --- is a bad bad rule given the number of illegal migrants these days. How many nations have such dumb rules in place any way..

If Trump had a choice he would probably ban interracial marriages or relationships to avoid the "mixing" or dilution of the white race, if you will.

Absolutely .It covers anyone , anyone born in the USA and by extension its
territories ,embassies or Military bases etc.
This can only be removed with a vote from Congress in the plurality needed to do
so.
BUT this Surrogate Court of the United States is unhinged and all justices who are
so entitled should be impeached.
