I suggest we all give this a chance. It is UNFAIR to judge the players after just ONE match. Let the SERIES play.

As Head coach then, Sammy scored 1 out of 3

I watched the first 2 days of the test match and told my friends who said that Sammy was a fraud, please give him his flowers and move on.
Sammy as captain won 2 WC if my memory is correct, he may be a clapper, but he was captain. As chief, he is not the batsman, bowler or a fieldman in the current team.
What I saw the 2 days of cricket is that Shai Hope is a good batsman, Carty has the goods to developing into a good batsman, KB cannot bat, and John Campbell was a better batsman at u16 than at 31 years old.
King has fast hands, but poor footwork.
Chase is a useful batsman; Greaves is not Jason Holder.
The bowling unit seems to be on target and should get better as the series go on. These are the comments from a guy that was at a test in donkey age

John Campbell was a better batsman at u16 than at 31 years old - Using "Campbell" and "batsman" in the same sentence is a crime
King has fast hands, but poor footwork - A very difficult assessment as king lasted 1 ball in the 2nd innings and was almost out 3 times in the 1st innings for 26 runs
Greaves is not Jason Holder - universal agreement
