It appears he's being removed pursuant to a decision made in 2015, i.e., on Obama's watch. So he's known for nearly a decade that he's effectively considered an illegal immigrant and subject to removal, and been able to keep his head down in that time.
I saw an article about his case a few days ago. He's complaining that he's having trouble understanding the Jamaican patois.

Antiguans can be hard to understand too.
But as I said……it’s everywhere. Part of our shared culture.

Lets see if Elon gets the boot as his former best fren is threatening.
