Over the years I learned that one is forced to fight stupid with stupid, otherwise the stupidity of the stupid becomes normalized. For example, criticizing Yardie players is so prevalent among Dottie fans over the years that most are totally oblivious of their insularity, so it becomes my job to consistently point it out. VOR can attest to my various battles defending Gayle, Samuels, Shortman, Ricardo Powell, Jerome Taylor, Rovman Powell, Brendan Nash, Blackwood, and McKenzie, whom they claimed with confidence that he would be the last Yardie to play test cricket for West Indies
