I do not think it is the bowling, the pitches in England might be the best in the world for batting this season.

england have been preparing flat wickets since the 2023 ashes, one year after bazball started, Ben Stokes specifically requested fast, flat wickets top facilitate England's quick scoring style of play
Ben Stokes has called for "fast, flat pitches" during the Ashes summer and vowed that there will be no change to England's aggressive approach as they look to regain the urn from Australia.

fast flat wickets
As we know, broad and anderson again topped the wickets charts to ensure england drew the series. There is nothing resembling broad and anderson now. they don't even have wood, archer or gus atkinson. hence the volume of runs inda is scoring. indian batsmen generally struggle, like every team in english conditions. the fact that india could have five centurions in one test in the earliest part of the english summer shows that only one variable has changed, the quality of english bowlers, which was a concern even against Zimbabwe. Steve Harmison himself said he was very concerned about the english bowling in the zimbabwe test that preceded this series.
