A word to the govt of...

Guyana...this must be done free of charge... seems like, even before & after independence, people working at the Registrar were incompetent/bad spellers! Do you know how many Guyneez names were spelt wrong & they, in a nonchalant manner, gave up in returning to have it corrected as it would be/been burdensome & costly! My barber, Anand...I saw on his certificate - Anant! When I asked him about it, he told me that's how they spelled it. That clerk was either hard of hearing or was a dunce or both! My cousin, in Wales, instead of Rankin, the clerk spelled, Ramkin!
