Whoever has the personality to tell these gang leaders to put their guns down and use their brains to organize and build the country will stabilize the country. It is interesting that these leaders could find money to buy weapons, but the country is out of money.

The Kenyan team was joined by personnel from other countries, including the Bahamas, Bangladesh, Barbados, Benin, Chad, and Jamaica, making up a force of 2,500 personnel."

There are some Haitians, like Martelly who consider the Duvaliers strong leaders. just saying

Haiti is a cursed land destroyed by the french then the americans and abandoned by the world.

Haiti has been under financial terrorism from France and the USA since they successfully took their independence. Everything was done by those two nations to ensure Haiti never succeeds. What is happening now is just the result of centuries of sabotage and financial isolation.
