It is tiring

It is tiring to continue watching this, they finally got a pitch with consistent bounce and now they can't handle the swing. It is time to bring back Hodge and Athanaze, at least they can catch and surprise us fans with the occasional fifty

It is mental laziness. First of all they all probably rate themselves higher than they should. So they are not committed to do the work that they have to do to improve. Secondly, they don't know the meaning of skill; the application of the right technique at the right time.

Drills...scenarios..bowling machine. Thousands of balls . Not a shitty half hr net session before the test.
