Stop believing that panning to the camera is inspirational speech. Sammy hear commie seh inspirational speech needed and know camera would be on him so he came out. Real backroom staff inspiration is done in the dressing room. A good coach would've let Chase do the huddle talk. Man is a scab and a scam.

Ravi through out his career....was pitched it up...swing bowler......The Ball in final ...World Cup T-20...2012... to Dilshan....
Back to the on going series.... Joseph getting wickets bowled.....

Ravi imprint...imput...

If only...WE HAD A GOOD BATTING COACH....
All batters dropped but PRETTY BOY continues for eternity......

Let's wait a bit before giving Ravi all this credit. We had a good bowling unit before Ravi became bowling coach just a few months ago. It will be interesting to see if some of our bowlers start singing Ravi's praises during press interviews. Then I will jump on the Ravi bandwagon.

If one sees the bowlers utilizing reverse swing then give that credit to Ravi.
He was the best ever in West Indies cricket at using this weapon. And it is
most likely that he has emphasized the art to the bowling crew.smile

It helps too that these three pitches have all been conducive to fast bowling.
Usually only two, Mecca and Sabina would do this during a 5 Test series.
That helps. The two Tests in India later this year should speak more conclusively to
development and marked improvement. I will wait. But it is very nice to see what is happening.

or Malcolm Marshall who bitterly complained about MacClean, Dillon, Rose etc

or Roberts and any of the other bowling coaches, consultants, advisers, of recent vintage

marshall was a goood coach...dillon, mclean and co were terribly undisciplined. ambrose in his book said they never stepped up. roberts was not. yes he was probably the most intellectual when coming to pace bowling, his style was just not suited to the team.....and usually you replace coaches after you lose, roberts was given the job on the eve of the 95 frank worrell series
I think there were a lot of distracting things happening in and around the team at the time. Maybe that's just me, but we'd changed the management team before the tour. We'd been travelling with Rohan Kanhai as coach and David Halford as manager for three years, and just before the series started they brought in a new manager and a new coach [Andy Roberts]. They did things differently. And I don't think the squad was as focused as we could have been. At that level, you're off by one per cent and sometimes that's enough. To me it just seems silly. You're coming into a "world championship" and the management team that has built strong relationships for three years - to sort of disband them just before that series I thought was a bit counterproductive.

just because both teams are struggling with the bat does not mean the wicket is bad.
