I can't say I'm surprised.

These guys have no character, no will, no determination.

A disgrace to the WI people. 3/4 of this team should never be allowed to wear WI colours.

The Deficient One is licky-licky so he wont step down and his boys wont fire him so....

I can never find it within myself to wish that WI lose a game, far less a series. However, the cricket Gods may have mercy for a time, but only for so long can they hold back justice. So, the bowlers basically should justly hold their heads up with great respectability, but several batters (and no one can blame them for being on the team; they did not pick themselves) were not there on merit; they were picked with poor subjectivity if not bias, as opposed to logic and fairness. And the mercy of the cricket Gods ran out.

Sammy try a ting and it didnt work. What is next please?

Ya'll really believe any coaching staff can help these players.... These guys are just unprofessional. They are clearly not doing any type of remedial work to improve their skills.

They have no will, no determination, no desire to improve.

They just tour the world under the guise of 'cricketers'.

If it's not obvious to you guys by now, this WI team does not train hard. They're not commited to any type of training to improve.

Look at the drop catches, looks at how easily they're dismissed. They can't even do the basics and defend their wicket.

When you are consistently dismissed the same way over and over there's nothing a coach can do for you.

A coach can only show you your faults, you have to have the desire to improve.

Well done to bowlers though. A little light at the end of a very long, dark tunnel.

Totally agree. It's nice to have someone to blame in this blame culture that exist. This is not rocket science, the Aussies have an excellent pace attack and we are trying to compete without one quality test batsman on our roster. Our cricket is in a dark place with no hope in sight. We have been reduced to some folks celebrating the fact that one of his home boys led the batting averages with a 21 average.

If the coach cannot help these players, then (1) why have a coach? (2) why fire any coach when their record is poor?

If the WI team does not train hard, who's fault is that?

Name a non-Caribbean sports team where the coach doesn't get axed when the team stink up the joint? Decency should move sammy to resign after that disgrace yesterday, however, his make up is not as such. After all, the coach is the one who selected the players. Decency would determine that management step down. You are asking us guys to normalize disgraceful performances.

Yes, the coach should be fired for this debacle! The board needs to be fired as well! However, my argument is that this coach is the least of the WI problems.

The players are to be blamed! It's their responsibility to hone their skills. If you're a so-called 'professional'... And you can't take a simple catch, you're a batsman and can't avg 30, after playing for ten yrs.

I would never blame a coach for that! The players are just poor!

You can change the coaches a million times and they will not perform any better!

These players do not deserve to represent the WI
