CWI Call Emergency Meeting With Legends

This was needed a long time ago, but I don't think Lara, Viv, Lloyd, nor Shiv can do much with this lot.

If I was a cricket legend I would not show up until the Deficient One and the shallow one has stepped aside. Reifer goes as well.

Good move by Dr. Shallow, but things have been bad for so long that the emergency meeting might be only salad dressing. People should keep in mind that the Test team is a collection of players who have not played Test cricket for years, and they were playing one of the top teams in the world.

Sorry, the world will end, and this rebuilding phase you're speaking about will not happen for West Indies cricket.

Why is Shallow calling on Shiv now? Shiv with certification and coaching experience applied for the job and Shallow gave it to his small island homeboy, Sammy, with no certification.
Shiv, in good old Guyanese parlance should tell him to haul his so and so.
Until changes are made to the governance of WI cricket, there is no hope for any kind of change. Shallow only got involved in WI cricket as a stepping stone to raise his profile for a political future. He has no real stake in WI cricket development. I hope the people of St. Vincent and the Grenadines see that he can't manage anything when they are ready to vote. They are getting a front seat view of what he will do to that beautiful chain of islands if he gets the chance. No sense. No vision.

How can they convene an emergency meeting without the approval and presence of the Boobah Sammy?

Lloyd,Viv,Lata....all great.....but non doing any coaching or involve with players...

Hooper,Chanderpaul,Sarwan,Gayle et al should be activated....

Yesterday Bishop said, in Team meetings Curtly would stand up and talk to batsmen like it is. He would say not pulling your weight is "not right" and call out men.

Viv needs to call out men and if he makes them cry, then so be it.

I still don't understand why Shiv should show up for this so-called emergency meeting.

These ass clowns chose Scammy over Shiv for the coaching position even though Shiv met most (if not all) of the advertised qualifications and Scammy didn't.

Now all of a sudden they want Shiv's input?

apparently, him, haynes and another dude are a committee with CWI, the Cricket Strategy and Officiating Committee. Problem is CWI under current and past leadership is too lazy to put anything concrete in place to address the structural weaknesses of the team

Dollars to donuts that committee was put together and no one ever invited Shiv, Haynes or the other guy to any meeting or ask them to do anything until now.

Lara and Mikey Arthur already recommended seperate white and red ball coaches in their reports but this whole situation with Sammy and Andre Cooley has gotten so Facked up

i doh know who swallow feel he foolin...we was 2-0 down already in the series after having to chase a moderate target and a less than moderate target. the kensington loss wasn't even like the successful 308 run chase in 1999 where lara and co had a day and a session to make the runs on a 5th day pitch. they had 2 days to make 300 and the didn't get close. So I doh know why homes getting on like he had a big revelation

PR stunt, no one invited will criticize them.

Tell me how the legends of cricket will improve cricket, did we not have all the legends involved before?
