Yea but there will always be a Voice of Treason literally in the sense that they would allow them to just play all their games in St. Vincent or Dominica etc!!!

The Caribbean is too divided the only way it works is if we’re actually good and that ship has sailed along time ago!!!

All leaders across the region have a credibility problem when it comes saying anything in regards to WI cricket. The last time King Ralph and Emperor Gonzales had lots to say and it turned out that all they wanted was for International games to be scheduled on their dot and when that happened, not a peep from them.

Well CWI own their own ground... didn't they buy out the Stanford ground? I think its now the home of CWI.

Dem fellas don't need anything from the regional governments.

Ah don't think Shiv is that close with Ali... sadly he's not really around with them fellas. Shiv prefer to stay out of the spotlight.

Sarwan, Bishoo, Johnson, Jacobs and a few others are close with Ali... dem fellas would willingly pass on that message lol

Marlon Samuels would too... de man is now a big investor here. Ramdin does be rolling with Bishoo too so maybe he's getting a few contracts

i actually wrote about this on my Politics final exams when i was doing my first degree, specifically mentioning the disunity and petty island politics that pervade Caricom's response to the ills of WI cricket. And when i mean response, i mean the lack of a cohesive voice from the block. yuh eh realize when governments in the region cuss out/take on CWI, is always the same four people: Dr Rowley, Dr Ali, Mia and Ralph Gonsalves. Mitchell from Grenada used to be there but he retired from active politics after losses. There are some leaders you will never, EVER hear criticize CWI despite the dysfunctionality of the organization

Say what you want about Ali but the man timed that bridge to election-I mean perfection.
In cricket timing also means a lot.
