We lost tactically....
Sending Russell..ahead of Rutherford.. Russell consumed 8 balls for 9 runs..
His first over cost 19 runs....made him bowl in the 10th over.... Australia 79/4...gave away 18 runs... momentum of the match changed...

Yes, Rutherford came in too late, Russel's bowling is not consistent enough to depend on him for 4 overs, they will play him again in the next match as that will be his farewell, so if they are really serious about winning, they might have to drop a batter to bring in a bowler or give Chase more overs

They selected the right team based on the squad, if they had picked Shepherd y'all would be calling him runs truck.
No one in their right man would consider Russell a step down from Forde, given Russell's experience and track record post 2015.
Strategy was where we lost, bowling changes and tactics employed by both batsmen and bowlers, and of course Andrew's dropped catch sealed the deal
