Treeknees, wtfudge is this dish....

Curry/Curried saltfish with channa!?! My padna from NeverDirty makes it. I usually say to him, why not simply cook fish curry or curr/curried fish!?

You know, like doubles, curry chicken, buss up shot...

So, it's a dish throughout TnT? I'm pondering that it's an expedient dish... there's no fish - none in the fridge & I'm lazy to go to the store...but, I have packs of saltfish; so I will quickly boil out the salt, fry it up & then curry it! Has to be!

Just put the saltfish in a pot of water overnight...no need to boil it.

Seems to be a case of what Yardies would call 'Tun yuh han' mek fashion' i.e. its all I have and can afford right now an' dem lil ones have to eat so... and then it became a standard dish
