Hetty led Under 19 in name only. The strategy and planning were done by Keemo, Alzarri and others. It is not now that Hetty's mental ability has been lacking. Those that know them should ask them about this.The story will eventually emerge when they retire and write books.

The current crop of players don't have the mentality to write books.

They can only write 1 line tweets/social media posts - and even those are filled with compromised grammar.

Hetty did lead GAW in the CPL one year. His captaincy was not terrible by any means.

Yes, I did hear Keemo was the brains behind Hetty's under 19 captaincy.

I am not saying Hetty should be made WI captain.

But dont write him off as a future captain for GAW one day or even WI seeing as WI captaincy is a revolving door.

Man basically have a history of not being fully committed and you want to reward him with captaincy?

Can't make point on hearsay.....Had the opportunity to watch the matches 2016 under-19....It was coach Graham West and Hety......Hety as cappo and no.3 aggressive .......Keemo more famous for mankading..and all round show.... Springer for dance....Pope for big hitting..Imlach for stumping Pant while facing Alzari...yes fast bowling stumping...Goolie for spin and batting..Carty for technique...Alzarri for extreme pace..



After, world cup victory....was included in senior team by coach Law....was developing nicely....played important role in series draw in ODI vs India in India, qualification in Zim 2019, test vs England in 2019.....the came Administrative chandes..

Not a suggestion I take seriously because Hety still has all the antics of a boy and is still very inconsistent. Actually the best choice for Captain in all formats is Holder.

I am willing to try anyone else at this point. Hope is clearly not the answer.
