I have been asking for this whole year: where is Springer? The man finally had his break out year last year and now has disappeared.

WI takes much longer to develop talent, partly due to our short season but more significantly incompetence. Carty is now barely emerging as mediocre. Point is at least 5 of those guys should now be productive seniors way above the abilities of an Alzari and or Carty
