Jamie Overton to Jaiswal, SIX, terrific shot! Fifty for Jaiswal and he brings it up in some style! Dug in short on middle, Jaiswal arches back and ramps it straight over the keeper, easily goes the distance. First fifty in the second innings of this series for Jaiswal.

Atkinson to Sai Sudharsan, out Lbw!! That's as out as it gets I'm afraid! Sai Sudharsan goes and he takes a review with him. Good length delivery angling into middle-leg stump, kept low and Sai Sudharsan couldn't get his bat down in time, it pinned him just below the knee roll of the back leg and the finger went up straightaway. It looked so plumb that Atkinson did not bother turning back in appeal. After a long deliberation with his partner, Sai Sudharsan decided to review but it was in vain, no bat, pitching outside off, impact in line and hitting leg-stump. Sai Sudharsan was just about to walk off before he was provoked by Duckett, he walked back to exchange a few words before leaving the crease. Brook had to mediate.

Sai Sudharsan lbw b Atkinson 11(29) [4s-1]

Atkinson to Akash Deep, FOUR, off the mark with a boundary! Good length delivery on middle-leg, Akash Deep was through his flick early, he was looking to play it square and instead chipped it over mid-wicket, had enough to reach the ropes

19:16 Local Time, 18:16 GMT, 23:46 IST:
The light wasn't good enough for England to bowl pace and Pope refused the umpire's option to carry on with spin so off they go. That will be Stumps on Day 2. Another gripping day of Test cricket. 15 wickets fell in total today so there was no shortage of action.

Given LBW first ball after lunch

Atkinson to Gill, out Lbw!! First ball wicket for this session! Just the start the hosts needed. A length ball that pitched outside off, nipped back in sharply and thuds onto the knee roll of the front pad. Gill planted his front leg a long way across and then his pad became an impediment for the bat to come through as the ball angled inwards

Gill lbw b Atkinson 11(9) [4s-2]

Atkinson to Karun Nair, no run, oh dear! Karun Nair caught that ball pretty late, didn't see it all that well.Ducked under expecting a bouncer but it was just a bit short of length and thuds onto the bottom glove of the batter. Calls for the physio straight away as he screams in pain.

Karun Nair gets some taping onto his fingers and now getting some magic spray on as well. Still looks uncomfortable as he picks up the bat once again
