Glaringly obvious that Hope is no leader

Of men...the body language from the team the last couple of games has been atrocious.

Something is desperately wrong.

The coach and his men ..... Shai, the man for all seasons....

Even the announcers mixing up their words when speaking.

Best you ask what is not wrong.

That will be an easier question to answer

Let’s see…this was said about Richie, Lara, Chnaderpaul, Gayle, Sammy…

We will keep saying it until we get to accept the fact that the world has moved on and the region has not kept pace. We are failing in multiple areas. Cricket is just one of these areas.

Changing the coach, captain, President is not going to make a major difference. We will get the occasional win but the overall level will not keep up with the rest of the cricket world.

I mean something's been wrong for some time but, this is the most timid unassured looking WI team I've EVER seen, especially in T20s, the Hope and Sammy team seem to really be screwing the pooch spectacularly!!

No Sir, I certainly never said this about Gayles teams, nor Bravos team, nor.even Sammy's team.

Laras pace attack maybe, not his team, I didn't say that about Richie's team.

There's been lows and there's this, it really really looks bad

Lol. Why you guys always fixated on Bajans. I dont see Bajans on here defendinding Hope. Neither Hope or Sammy are suited for their current roles. The results and performances speak for themselves. They need to be replaced. These results put the very existence of WI cricket at risk. Shallow must go too for his part in giving the untried Sammy so much power

Hope is a good team man and a good speaker, but it is a good thing he did not accept the captaincy for the Test team. Captaining a WI team is a difficult job

well for starters, it might remove the insularity and bias

Should captains be voted by the squad and coaching staff rather than just appointed? May be an idea worth exploring. Name the squad and then let the squad name the captain.
