Head Coach and Selector $ammy could fire the captains, but no one can fire $ammy.

At least that's how it appears.

Head coach selected captains and team . He has full autonomy. He is too blame. He must go now

Last 4 years has been good for Sammy...
First appointed Independent Director of CWI
Then.... totally bypassing advertisement criteria...Sammy , with his resume...can even apply...was appointed white ball coach...after 2 years 6 months...ODI team 10th in ICC rankings
T20 6 th.....appointed coach of test, with all powers..even the sole selector....
A close aid of Skerritt-Shallow....he can't be fired....till Shallow himself remain President....
