Way better than Greaves as a test allrounder too.
Better batsman, fielder and bowler at this time.

His experience and motivating presence around the team is astonishing.

Should be in all formats as an automatic pick.

Last night, he greatly assisted Hope with captaincy /leadership decisions.

I saw him talking to bowlers n between overs, and in between balls that they were smacked.
