There are no shortcuts to achieving improvements and without that aspect of the game we will only be chasing shadows.
Surely the psychological aspects need strengthening but not focusing on technique is analagous to carrying water with a bamboo basket.
Improvements will never happen. It has taken us the better part of 3 decades and our decision makers still have not grasped this basic concept.
CWI is archaic in structure and practice and will never engender strategic thinking.
They will continue to execute the same failed plans with the hope achieving positive results. This will never happen...
I long for the day when there is a platonic shift in the strategic direction of West Indies cricket.
