Forget the governments who are biased .
Forget the current system.
A new system is needed with input from the ICC otherwise we will cease to exist as a cricketing entity only to be replaced by the better functioning USA CRICKET BOARD.
We still have the "english' speaking Caribbean as our main "watering hole" for talent. We are only a few million people with a very small 'cricketing pool" to choose from. Always had and always will unless the CWI can invest in youth and send them off to foreign leagues to "hone' their skills like the Clive Lloyd Windies teams.
So the current administrators probably need to do like the Saffies and instill a quota system.
Be it 50/ 50 or whatever. This racist system needs to go.
Are any of the keepers performing better that Jushua?
Are they blowing up the scoreboards? NO. They have not performed or enhanced the position.
How can you just throw him to the wayside and pick the next two and they have not done anything to say "look at me" performances.
