With all these restrictions, I would not be surprised if a few airlines and hotels go out of business by the middle of next year. However, America is practicing now what some other countries did a few decades ago, limit the amount of non-white people who are in the country

To be fair, according to the President, this only applies to illegal immigration, people that overstay and who cross the border illegally.
Legal immigration has not been restricted.

How many ordinary citizens have an extra US$15,000.00 just lying around that they can put up for a bond, to secure a tourist visa?
What if its, say, a family of 4?
What are the implications for teams, such as high school teams, with a squad of say 20 people, traveling to Penn Relays, for example?
The full ramification of this new policy is yet to be spelt out!

It might be total chaos next year when the Football World Cup starts, FIFA might have to schedule more games in Canada and Mexico

Well, yes if a family of 4 has to ante up US$60000 to travel, that would be a no go!
