in front of the microphone.
It takes rare guts to confidently go up to the microphone and explain loss after loss.....but hold on to the cappoship for dear life.

Shiv was smart enough to resign as he realized he couldn't handle it...dat he couldn't motivate his teammates because they didn't want to be.....note he wasn't removed or pushed

yes...they can talk.....no green verbs at all. personally though, i care about winning and viv does utter green verbs in a fresh water yankee accent but he never lost a test series as captain. personally, i think that's the purpose of the cricket captain. to win games. not to sound eloquent when yuh loss

yes chander's learnt to speak. sarwan was well spoken as well. lara was well spoken as a captain too and many trinidadians felt that he was uppity as a result. we've become exceptionally stupid and shallow as a people
