ravi has been instrumental in the success of almost every pace bowler of recent vintage from TT. Seales had destroyed the guyanese harpy eagles top order in the 2021 super 50 final. lendl scored a big hundred in that game and guyana had something like 360 to make. anyways after the game, seales spoke about how ravi, even though he was on the way out guided the pace attack
Seales himself said that RAVI helped him to understand HOW to bowl for ODI cricket.

There has been a marked improvement in the bowling department since Ravi took over as bowling coach. Everybody has been clapping better since Sammy took over as head coach. Give them both their due flowers.

I think they should have exposed the 6.5 ft bowler Johan Layne who appears to be the next emerging Bajan pacer. He seems to be a Jason Holder with more pace and aggression.
Seales and Joseph are your two major bowlers.....you need more mainstays. Remember WI at their pace bowling height had Marshall Roberts Croft Garner Holding, Clarke, Daniel and Winston Davis and later Marshall, Ambrose, Walsh, Patterson, Bishop,Winston and Kenny Benjamin and then we went to just Ambrose and Walsh when we were no longer World Champions and in decline.
When Aljo starts showing consistency, and guys like Blades, Shep and Philip show improvement I will give Ravi his flowers. But I understand that some people, not necessarily you, will heap praise on Ravi to detract from any praise for the head coach
